2026 Season

Proposals
Propose rule changes to your next fantasy season. Vote up, down, or abstain before the deadline.
  • Move the draft date to the Saturday before the NFL season kicks off so we can all get together.

  • Add a weekly high-score bonus of $10 to incentivize playing your best lineup every week.

  • Move the trade deadline back by two weeks to allow for more in-season activity.

  • Waiver priority should reset weekly instead of being season-long to give everyone a fair shot.

  • Keepers should be selected before the draft, not after the season ends. This would prevent people from gaming the system last-minute.

  • Eliminate the consolation bracket. It's a waste of time and demoralizing for eliminated teams.

Features

Democracy, built for fantasy

Everything your league needs to make fair, binding decisions — without the spreadsheet.

Propose Anything

Proposals are a single open text field — scoring tweaks, keeper rules, prize structures, playoff formats. If you want it, you can propose it. No integrations, no limitations.

Anonymous by Default

Proposals and votes are anonymous. No groupthink, no pressure, no voting the way your commissioner expects. Every member gets a genuine, unbiased say.

Simple by Design

Up, down, or abstain. Three choices, one vote per member, clear outcomes. We stripped away everything that wasn't essential — because the goal is for everyone to participate.

Permanent Record

Every proposal, vote, and outcome is locked to its season and stored permanently. Voting closes at your deadline — results are final, prior seasons are read-only. No more 'I thought we agreed on that.'

League Agnostic

Football, basketball, reality TV competitions — if it has members and rules worth debating, it works here. Manage every league from one account and browse the full history of proposals across all of them.

Discuss Before You Vote

Comment directly on a proposal before the vote closes. Keeps the important debate organized and on-topic — not buried in a thread no one can find six months later.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Draft Democracy?
A fantasy league governance platform. Any member can propose a rule change, every member gets an equal vote, and results are stored permanently. Free to use, for any type of league.
How does it work?
Create a league, invite your members, and open a season with a voting deadline. Anyone can submit a proposal — scoring changes, keeper rules, prize money, anything. Members vote up, down, or abstain. When the deadline hits, the results are final.
Why did you build it?
Because it's fun — and because we needed it. We built Draft Democracy for ourselves and our friends. It drives real engagement, and every season feels fresh when your members have a genuine say in how things work.
What do you do with my data?
We use your data only to run the app. No ads, no third-party data sales. Draft Democracy is built to be free and fun, not to make money. For more detail on how we process your data, see our Privacy Policy
